Every critical function has a safeguard: dual fresh-water pumps, fuel filters, generators, watermakers and hot water cylinders, along with swappable fuel transfer pumps, and redundant power supplies ensure operation even if one component fails. Captive-drum anchor systems, rugged electrical design, fire protection and corrosion-proof fittings are selected for strength and robust durability. Additional water filtration, fuel polishing, engine block heaters, and remote vessel monitoring and control, as well as a dedicated equipment room with a workbench and storage for tools and spares, add resilience and extend independence further.

Safety is equally built-in. Twin engine rooms in separate hulls create physical separation between propulsion and power systems, providing true redundancy in the rare event of flooding or fire. Advanced infrared and low-light cameras enhance night navigation, while Voodoo’s multi-tier foil safety architecture is designed for continuity – allowing continued travel even after a major impact, backed by over 15 years of development and testing.
